"Flo" Techno Scuba One Shoulder Ruffle Dress

I now have two size 8, but unfortunately, it doesn’t fit like the black one at Nordstrom’s. Even though this dress comes in different colors, I don’t think all of them have the same weight as the black. I love the dress, but we’ll have to do some alterations. I will be sending back one of this size 8.
