Hard to get a hold of customer service as I have returned their item and no refund and no response or call back!

The eye mask is amazing, really blocks out light and is comfortable to sleep in. I bought this second one after I left my first mask behind at a holiday accommodation, I couldn't do without one at home and on the plane. The ear plugs are semi-useless, don't bother.
