Doesn't work

My dash cam S1 quit working telling me my sd card needs to be fixed or something similar. Bought a new sd card from Vantrue as that was their recommendation to make it work and when I inserted it in the dash cam it says format sd card. Not sure how to format the card for what it needs, I would think the card would come formatted for their own dash cams? Dash cam still doesn't work.

VanTrue microSD Card Issues

The VanTrue dashcam has great video quality, but I’m having serious recording issues. During a recent trip, the record light was blinking, yet only a few clips were saved in the event folder. Either there’s a defect or something isn’t working as intended. If recordings aren’t properly captured and stored, the dashcam is essentially useless. Based on this experience, I would rate the microSD card 1 star.
