Jeep Gladiator (5ft Bed) MR Retractable PRO Tonneau Cover

The receipt of the MR Retractable was timely and the unit was packaged for shipment very well. I am concerned the unit I received was not a ‘Pro’ because it was my understanding the ‘Pro’ was spring loaded to retract on its own when released. Mine does not retract as such. As far as installation, I would recommend some changes. First, unique to the Gladiator, I would recommend ensuring the insertion of the ‘slip’ nuts in the bed rails at the time of their attachment. Secondly, contrary to the provided instructions, I would recommend all the hardware securing the cover rails to the canister be left loose until the rails are adjusted to properly receive the rolling cover and are parallel. Thirdly, I would recommend the canister not be installed until all the necessary adjustments are complete. Other than the mentioned suggestions, I am quite pleased with the retractable cover. It is very functional … the canister takes up an acceptable area … AND the appearance is professional! Thank you!

Fitment was spot on and water tight. Took about an hour to install.
