BEWARE Defect + Zero Customer Service I really wanted to like these boots. The build feels solid and the design looked perfect for both hiking and daily use. But after removing the insoles to add something more comfortable, I found holes in the footbed of BOTH boots leading straight into the interior chamber of the shoe. I contacted LOWA customer service immediately. That was over two weeks ago. Since then I’ve sent 4 emails, received a couple of automated “we’ll get back to you” replies, and absolutely no answers and no support. No explanation of they were preowned or instructions regarding replacement. Instead, it feels like they are intentionally dragging this out past their own 30-day warranty window. If you’re military, law enforcement, a hiker, or simply someone who needs reliable gear, be aware of what you’re buying into. I cannot recommend a company that refuses to stand behind its own product or respond to a customer with a legitimate defect claim.
