Doesn’t work. Waste of money.

Bought this and did a 1-month subscription, excited to remove all the annoying dingers on my 5th gen 4runner. But the OBD device keeps failing to connect to the vehicle. My Autel scan tool connects just fine, buddies knock off elm works, but not this. Support consists of a first level Ai chat bot. After that you get somebody that has you keep sending reports from within the app which results in multiple email chains asking you about your phones Bluetooth being connected, which works perfectly for everything else and appears to connect and remain connected to this. After responding to every email chain I could find and waiting for a next step I see my ticked was closed, without any solution and I have no idea how to return this OBD dongle, the website says they have a 30 day return policy but I don’t see how to initiate a return.

Works as advertised. Very easy to connect and use. One of the bestthings I have bought for my Tacoma.
