excellent product and customer service
I had an OBD reader already, but I needed a different one to change the customer convenience settings on my Toyota Camry. I live in California, I wanted to be able to roll down my windows from the key fob. This setting is easily set using the Carista OBD and app. Many dealerships want $150 to change this setting; this was easier and less expensive. The app was easy to navigate. Customer service was 5 stars! (Initially there was an address/delivery problem)

Awesome Product
Worked exactly as advertised for my Toyota Tundra. Was able to connect and customize in minutes. The monthly membership was not well advertised however is it cheaper than having the dealer do it.
