Part 15 – Displayshade/TitanShade Truss Bar (Set Of 6)

Titan shade truss parts and canopy.

I received the trust parts there was no issues everything was what I ordered. It took a little longer than I expected but I was very satisfied. On another note I ordered a canopy there were no instructions that the canopy and a truss bar will be sent together and the canopy will be wrapped around the truss bars. I cut the box open I cut the canopy also it would have been nice if you have instructions on the box saying we're not to cut. I ordered a patch kit as part of the previous order. For future orders please include instructions or warning labels. I have a canopy with a giant patch. I am happy that I can still purchase parts for my Titan Shade of which I have two of them. I use them quite often for my camping trips I just wish that there was something a little more thicker than 500 it does not shed the water which is why I keep having to buy trusses because they cannot withstand the weight of the water that builds in the canopy. That regulates me to only use it on sunny days I wish they had a stronger canopy or a canopy that was made from a stronger canvas material that's waterproof. Thank you for your company and being able to purchase replacement parts.

The truss part was the correct replacement so that was good, however we ordered 6 and only received one. Not good contacted company and they said they would send the other 5 pieces, that was two weeks ago. Checked back after a week told they would get right on that... still waiting. Sigh
