Great customer service!!

When I ordered this visor, I couldn’t wait to try it out! On my second ride, I ran into an issue with the latch. I emailed Dragon Motorsport, and they were incredibly responsive—within 24 hours of receiving my message, they had already shipped out a replacement. That kind of customer service is rare these days. A company that stands behind its products like this deserves recognition. I’ll definitely be doing more business with them, and if you’re on the fence, I highly recommend giving them a try!!

Great after sales service and visor

My visor arrived with a broken clasp and they offered to send a replacement visor and to return the old one. They responded within a day and it was clearly a human who cared about my experience. I took just a new clasp instead so I could enjoy the visor while it came. Time will tell how the photochromic coating holds up but it has been awesome not having to switch visors when it gets dark out. Gets plenty dark in the day. Only thing I will say is visor will have lines if it is left open for long periods in the Sun from the Sun striking the inside of the visor rather than the outside. But visor should not be stored in the Sun anyways for longevity so not an issue.
