Does not hold my tripod

Actually this dolly has no method of securing the feet of my tripod. I did a lot of research beforehand and it sounds like it will work for pretty much anything. However it will not secure my telescope, and there does not seem to be any way to request a return. The product is nice and sturdy, if it works for you.
