Everything works perfect! Everyone else who has some of the issues just didn't read the directions. Best coffee maker for most people as it can literally do everything besides grinding.

Unit arrived defective….all the water leaks from the bottom of the coffee maker, my counter was completely soaked. I made sure everything was plugged in properly….waited days for this and now it finally arrived just to begin the return process. THE WORST.

I got my coffee station today and was all excited to set it up then i put the water in the reservoir and it all leeked out the bottom of machine so disappointed hopefully they will make good on this item
