While the scent was great the fact that it was melted and I couldn’t reach anyone at tye number to express my concern was disappointing. I will have to remember not to order during the summer months. The little cool pack was no match for the Louisiana heat

You have to improve your shipping experience I understand it’s hot and summer in certain areas but you should not feel obligated to pay extra for protected shipping when paying top dollar for the product. I received mine and half of the product was already melted due to sun and the the cool temp bag was already done as well
