I recently purchased a 10 ft electric sauna from Nootka Sauna, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. The order process was smooth and straightforward, and delivery arrived exactly when promised. Assembly was completed professionally with great attention to detail—everything fit perfectly and looked fantastic. The sauna heats up beautifully, and the interior lighting creates just the right atmosphere. I’m also really impressed with the high-performance black metal roof; it looks sharp and, in my opinion, is absolutely worth it to protect your investment. The flat floor and backrests not only look great but also add a lot of comfort and safety. I would also strongly recommend using the exterior sealant kit. We have now had our sauna for a couple of months and are thoroughly enjoying it. One comment on set up, the online videos and the printed instructions that come with the sauna are slightly different, caused a bit of confusion but a call to support set me straight. We purchased the 10’ model as we wanted to be able to share with friends and family, I think the 8’ would have been lots. All that said, we love it!

Our sauna is amazing, we love the fresh cedar and looks great. We assembled ourselves easily and tutorials on YouTube were quick and informative. We feel refreshed every time we use it.
