The bikes ride well, pretty easy assembly, good power for what we need. Been riding for almost 5 days since we assembled them still have 2 bars on battery life and around 50 miles on them

Great bike and customer service

I received the bikes and they were very well packaged. I put the bikes together and there was a minor issue. I called customer service and they were on the issue right away sent me the part I needed. Once I got the bikes together I've been riding them since no issues. Great bike long range I am very happy with it.

Love the bike but beware about assembly…

It was very hard to assemble with poor to no instructions and some components were not assembled that were supposed to be! Calling customer service was helpful, but took hours to complete. If I had known the challenges I would have had it delivered to a boke shop to assemble! (Probably much safer, too!) I love riding the bike- but don’t take it on very steep hills!
