BioGuard Smart Shock Multi-Purpose Pool Treatment

Our order was delivered in less than 3 days...(jersey to va.) The shock was exactly what I ordered. The DE was correct just not same brand I ordered. I contacted them immediately and their response WAS IMMEDIATE. I explained the issue and after sending a Pic of product was offered return but also assured me of its quality if I chose to use it. I did use it and our pool is beautiful. We were attracted to their site by the prices. It is quality product delivered quickly and the prices are outstanding. That's what started it all...the best price I could find for name brand product. We will continue ordering from them.
