Fifth Grade Curriculum

Love the language arts and social studies. The science is good too, except we skip most of the engineering projects. The math is where we have issues. We test with maps and his math curve is trending down instead of up. So we’re looking at other alternatives for middle school math. Some lessons are barely touched on and not really explained well.

My daughter found it easy to navigate but kinda thought the videos were giving baby vibes. As a parent i found it hard to find answer keys that matched exactly what my daughter was learning. When I wanted to check her answer or help explain, there were some answer keys that did not match up to the assignment questions. So that was really annoying. Hoping that 6th grade is a bit better. All in all we will be using the curriculum again. Just minor flaws and annoyances. Lol.

We’ve used Time4learning for three years now, and we absolutely love it! My son struggled with typical book curriculums, but has flourished with Time4learning. We love how it makes homeschooling easy as a parent and gives every child customizable curriculums and options to aid with reading so my child can be more independent throughout their lessons. 10 out of 10 recommend for any parent feeling overwhelmed with the scheduling and record keeping that comes with homeschooling or any parent with a child that needs different grade level options for each subject.
