Amish-Made Noodle Cutter

It’s a gorgeous tool, very well made. However, the edges that cut the noodles are not sharp enough to go through the dough. It makes a nice groove that allows you to follow up with a pizza wheel or sharp knife but that kind of negates the reason for the roller. I’ll certainly try it again, perhaps with a softer dough instead of my usual recipe.

I like the design, it works fairly well. I only give 3 stars because the handles are fixed, making it very hard to use the down pressure you need to cut while rolling. Maybe this could be an update for the 2. 0 version.
