I first tried this espresso at Demitasse cafe in Santa Monica, California when I lived there and fell in love with it! When I was visiting recently, I bought a bag and was so sad when I ran out. I started thinking which of my friends would be kind enough to ship me coffee every month, and then I found it on this website. I was very stoked to say the least. It's still my go-to espresso as it's dry (not oily); smells amazing; and is a perfect balance of creaminess/chocolate flavors with a little bit of acidity/fruit notes (not the best at explaining tastes). Essentially it's a good balance rather than being incredibly fruit forward or overly chocolatey. (And wow I just read the bag that says it hits the Goldlilocks' zone of espresso, and that's a great way to put it!) If you're choosing between this one and another option, this is a safe go-to option that is in my every day latte.
