Excellent customer service. Maybe consider reinforcing the "slot" that the boot strap wraps around as its pretty thin and breaks (after many uses). Excellent product for fitting to hi-lo pair of hooves and during the process of uprighting the "low" from barely 8° to nearly 30°!
