The product itself is good, and the packaging is being optimized. Their customer experience team is second to none whose credibility and integrity are beyond reproach. This team is led by Jessica and should you have any issues, she is the go-to person and is incredible in her dealings with me.

I’ve been using coat defense for almost a year, love the coat field! Normally my boy would have had a scar, you can’t even tell where it was! Love all the products cts

Product stays on well & really seems to help. This, combined with Swat, has been a lifesaver to keep the flies off my donkey’s knees this summer.
