I waited to review so I could be really fair and accurate. First I want to say their customer service is top notch. I've bought quite a few things from them. But the one time I did have an issue they replaced the item the same day. No problem. Now as for the purifier I'm so happy. I have 2 cats and a dog. I found that I did need one for the living room and bathroom (where the litter box is). But what a huge difference! I've tried other air purifiers but it just seems like these are so much better. The price I paid is really reasonable. When I consider the difference in my apartment I just can't give it enough stars.
