#4/30 Mix Color Blend Water Deep Wave Feather Crochet Hair

Ywigs hair is great quality, I ordered Feathered crochet hair before and I was able to reuse the hair within 3months and the quality was great! Washing it was easy and taking it out the hair was sturdy and did not break when taking out the feather crochet hair, The new hair that I ordered #4/30 Mix Color Blend Water Deep Wave Feather Crochet Hair was to add highlights to the Ywigs Burmese Water Curly Human Crochet Hair 18" / 5 Bundles (For A Full Head) It’s soft, no smell, and not a lot of shedding as well as no tangles, hopefully the quality will be the same as the first hair I ordered. With that being said the reason why I gave 4 stars and not 5 was Because of shipping I ordered Express and it did not arrive within the timeframe, I emailed Customer service which responded 2days after then stated they will put a rush on it which did not happen as well as when I did Finally get the tracking information that’s when customer service replied and stated the hair was on the way. In addition like my first order I did 5 months ago the Shipping issue was the same. I say all of that to say, Ywigs hair is great quality that’s why I keep ordering I would recommend to improve customer service & in addition even though you do disclose it takes 3-5 business days please honor it or update customers order information. I absolutely LOVE this hair! Shipping was fast (which is rare for colored hair), and the hair was bouncy and beautiful.
