Tip broken

I ordered my stick, received it the day before having playoffs. When I went to chalk the tip before playing, the tip just fell off, it was broken not just not glued I guess, but broken. But customer service is amazing. They are replacing the entire shaft. Accidents happen, something went wrong somewhere, no idea, but the make up without even a question is what makes it worth wild to place orders through a company like this. Thank you Rhino!!! FYI- luckily I still had a stick to play with and won my match 16-4

It only took 1 week for me to receive my Rhino Retro cue. OUTSTANDING! The joint wasn't quite as tight as I thought it would be after watching some reviews, but no complaints on playability. I wish I was able to try one the Rhino Breaking Cues. Just not in the playtime budget at the moment.
