I am very happy with new stick. Showed up earlier than quoted and Used last night for first time no complaints. Like the feel, the sound will take some time but no worries!

Starting over

I have never been a professional pool player. I just love the game. I have never owned a stick that cost more than 50 bux, lol. I wanted to start playing again and I hate looking for a strait enough house stick. After 49 years I can finally afford to pay a bit of money for a stick. Shoped around and decided it would be Rhino. I could not be more happy with my decision. I ordered the Thuya with Crocodile rap and the Voyager break cue. I also ordered a custom shaft with 10.5mm tip. The custom shaft, Thuya, and weight kits came in. I did, by not paying g attention signed for an incomplete delivery and did not receive the VOYAGER. I started the claims with Rhino and USPS. Rhino had a very quick response and started their claim and in a matter of a few days another VOYAGER was shiped out to me. No problems. The custom shaft with 10.5mm tip is like a dream, like butter across my bridge hand. The Thuya but is very nice feels amazing and so very balanced. Me personally I could not be any happier for my decision. That 10.5mm tip puts it on the cue ball like going from iron sights to scope amazing. Customer Support is amazing dealing with the lost VOYAGER. Jus 5 stars from me, zeroe complaints.
