Wild Blueberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar

Dark horse favorite

This is one of our favorites— bright, fruity, rich. Blueberry flavors are often done badly, tasting more like cough syrup than blueberry. Not this: it’s clearly, wonderfully blueberry. This vinegar is especially useful when you need that flavor and blueberries are out of season.

My Husband’s favorite! We have a wonderful vegetable garden and he asks that I always have this in stock! It is fantastic on our caprese salad. I think he would drink it if I let him. :)
