Unsatisfactory customer service

I love the oils at 41 Olive but the customer service, which was the most important to me has slipped. I had a problem with this order, which I addressed in an email; the email was not answered in any way. So I am happy with my oil but not the customer service. I will probably not buy from 41Olive again.
