Customer beware

I placed an order and 10 days later when I went to return it they said the window had closed. This goes against their 14 day return policy. Shipping took so long they have not calculated how late I actually received the package. If a human would read my email and respond I could just send back the box. I have sent four or five emails and cannot get a response. Maybe they should put some of their profits into their customer care. I am posting this in the hopes that someone will actually look at my email. I understand they are a growing company that is busy- their shoes do look great but how about being busy taking care of your customers who have invested in you!! Super disappointed!
