Horween Brown Nut Dublin Leather Apple Watch Band, Natural Thread

There was an issue with the clasp length upon arrival so I can’t give it a full 5 Stars. I reached out to Customer Service and they were going to get back to me (again so far a typical interaction) but here is where it differs… it took what I deemed to be a little longer than expected and I was ready to just get a refund and initiate the return process. Instead of giving up on me, the kind lady continued to answer my questions and was much more responsive in getting me answers (I just wanted to enjoy my new Apple Watch and this interaction was the hiccup). She clarified that the website had an error and they’d get the proper band with clasp length out to me and knew I’d love it; she was right. I now have the strap and love how it feels on my skin; it’s so much more soft and quality filled than the ‘plastic’ Amazon Leather Straps I’ve gotten over the years. This is my first time getting a higher end strap and I was gonna redact my choice but b/c of the exceptional service, I’ll be back!

Awesome watch band and exactly as advertised.

It's ok. I wasn't planning on writing a review (I usually don't in mixed scenarios), but they emailed me a few times about it so here we go. First off, I ordered the stainless steel buckle, and they sent me black. I don't care enough to go through the hassle of exchanging it and the black is fine too, but it was wrong. Second, the buckles feel hollow or plastic (very light weight). So what I wanted was solid stainless steel, but it does say "finish" so I'm guessing its just plated or painted that color. In general lightweight is good obviously for comfort, though I am concerned about durability or if its painted having the black color flaking off over time. The leather part is great though, hence the 3 stars. The fit is perfect, the leather seems high quality, and after a week of wearing it does feel very comfortable.
