A PNG that can't do you wrong.

Very delicious PNG that I've been using for our office drip machine. Perfect served black but just a smidge of sugar and cream really complimented it well. The notes of chocolate really shine.

A Fantastic Example of the Best of PNG

This is a phenomenal coffee. It's not very often that I see a coffee from this origin, and this specific PNG peaberry was actually recommended to me by my local roaster. PNG has typically been one of my favorite origins (if I can find it), so I went out on a limb and bought 5lbs for my dad and I to share. I was not disappointed AT ALL. This is fantastic! It's sweet with a pleasantly chocolatey body and a lingering aftertaste. I'm currently grinding on a Fellow Ode 2 with standard burrs, and I found 5.1 to be the sweet spot, paired 201F water and a V60. This is a very classic-profile coffee, but has a sweetness to it that keeps you coming back for more. We just finished off the last of our 5lbs, and I'm already considering ordering more!
