Community Blend

Usually we enjoy this blend and supporting the cause behind it, finding it smooth and very drinkable. This time it’s bitter and well, off. I’m not quite sure what’s different but there’s a lack of flavour. My husband and I brew it differently and agree on the outcome. I’ll probably skip it next time. Brewing now French Press/ Aeropress/ pour over. Roast date: 22/12/25. Frequently drink Heritage blend and single origins, stearing away from bright citrusy & floral flavour profiles.

This is an unassuming delicious blend. I really enjoy this roast. Smooth mouth feel and almost sweet. It's great black, and even with steamed microfoam milk. My son is studying at U of T and we love chatting about his exams over a delicious pour-over, chemex, and sometimes aeropress! Mmm Thank you Pilot!

Community Blend is one of my favourites it’s one of the best for making lattes and cappuccinos. Its mellow flavour and light acidity is very enjoyable for the palate. Cant get enough
