We purchased a whole house revitalizer a couple weeks ago, however, upon arrival we realized the unit was defective and we were unable to screw the adaptors into the unit successfully. I contacted the company and Doug was extremely helpful and said he would send out a new unit no questions asked. Our new whole house revitalizer arrived this weekend with install happening today! Excited to have structured water throughout our entire home for my whole family to benefit. Thank you Doug for your wonderful customer support🙏

Awesome customer service. Our original housing cracked and they had a replacement within 24 hours. Have had NAW for many many years and love it.
