We used this today and it was fabulous! My husband and I both put our phones in the box while we ate breakfast with our littke boy and it felt great but having the temptation there. To check the weather, an email etc.

Actually works
I know it may feel silly but every since I got one of these I have been looking at my phone less. It fits into my apartment and there's something very effective about having a designated spot to hide away your phone so you can be more present.
