Great Customer Service!

I purchased the Phone Box/Alarm Clock bundle and had an issue with the alarm clock not functioning properly. After reaching out, the company responded and immediately arranged to send me a new alarm clock. I really appreciate the follow-up and how they handled the situation. Mistakes happen, but great customer service is how you fix them, and they did. I also love the design of my Phone Box, it looks lovely and fits in perfectly with my decor. It’s been a great tool to help me take breaks from my phone and be more intentional with my screen time. Thank you!
