returns are NOT free*** Return process: on the website it says customers get a full refund within 100 days of purchase. However, it says nowhere on the site that return shipping is $20. It is incredibly misleading, and borderline scammy. It has definitely deterred me from ever purchasing here again. Watch band: this band left red marks on their wrist after only wearing it for 20 minutes. Do not recommend the band. Customer service: I will say they reply within 24 hours most days and are kind and as helpful as they CAN be with the companies return policy. Too bad this is nowhere near enough to make up for the $20 I wasted.

This band looks good and fits well. I noticed toght away though that clapping my hands together made the magnet let loose. It seems kt would be really easy to have my watch fall off and lose it. Dont wear this one in crowded places - the magnet may not stay together.
