The strap kept opening and it fell off my wrist cracking my watch face so I’m not very happy at all

There was no watchband link removal tool included with any of my orders, as shown in the product advertisements. It is necessary to remove links from the bands I ordered to achieve the proper fit.

No link removal tool was included with my order, as shown in the advertisement. All 3 watchbands in my order require removal of several links to achieve a proper fit.
