Terrible service, i put down an address and it was supposed to arrive in a timely manner and then they pushed it by 3 days and then they cancelled the order because they delivered it to the wrong city which is a 5hr drive for delivery. Never offered me a nee blanket or even a refund. Got no calls to rectify the situation, or even anything to help out and get me what i ordered, instead all i got was terrible sleep because of how hot i was for 2 1/2 weeks straight of suffering. Maybe if i actually got the product i would redact my review? But who knows, no one has reached out

Too much money for an item that does not have any cooling effect, completely useless. The item come from China and the return will cost you a fortune.
