The indoor Bell does not fit any UK Socket… Sophie the Customer Service Rep was brilliant and despite photos and video escalated it to a supervisor despite telling me in email the wrong item was sent! I was told to return it at my expense fron UL to Hong Kong!!! Absolute Joke! DO NOT BUY. Oh and when you reply in negative fashion ‘Postmaster General’ says email not sent!!!!

I bought this to replace my current doorbell, as the software is horrendous. This comes with the exact same software (which it does not state). Trying to return this has also been an ongoing battle. Would never use this site again. Same quality as Temu.

Door bell is good and I like that I do not need a subscription. I had a Ring which stopped working. Ring has a much better field of vision and the interface on my device was much better on Ring. However, this device does the job. A good wee receiver comes in the box unlike some other brands.
