Don't waste your money

After my first use, I experienced a strong allergic reaction. Although my teeth became slightly whiter, I had to remove the trays after approximately 6–7 minutes because of intense burning sensations and swelling. Unfortunately, the whitening result was also very uneven. The tips of my teeth became slightly whiter while other areas, especially near the top of the teeth, remained yellow. I am very disappointed with the experience and unable to continue using the products. I would also like to mention that I did not expect such high customs/import charges. I had to pay an additional €25 in customs fees, which makes returning the package financially unreasonable, as the return shipping costs would make the total expense almost as high as the original order itself. Since I am unable to use the products and had to pay extra for the shipping, I wrote an e-mail to customer support. I asked for custom fee refund, even though I think I could receive a full one. I was ignored for a few days and wrote another two e-mails. Only then I received a short answer in which they fully defend their products and don't show any empathy towards my experience. They also don't take the responsibility for shipping costs. This was my first and last purchase. 0/10 would not recommend.
