Was gently trying to install the felt around piston and it literally broke in two. Right where it broke the felt feels very weak and pulls apart easily. If you pull at the other ends where the factory break or parting line is the felt feels strong and you can tug on it and it doesn’t break or pull apart. I’ve had this kit for a few weeks and hadn’t got around to rebuilding the gun until today but the kit was literally sitting on top of the Phoenix case sitting on a shelf in my shop and wasn’t mishandled or taken out of the package until I was ready to the install.
