R3 (RevivThree) without Support

R3 is a perfect fit for me.

Starting out the R1, I then ordered the R2 and R3 because both are so different and I had no idea which one would work for me. As it turns out, R3 sits more comfortable, but I am still getting used to the less flexible material. So for now, I still sleep with the R1 but will try to wear the R3 as much as possible during the day. Hopefully at some point I be able to wear the R3 during the night without waking up with a sore jaw. I did cut off the tongue tab because my tongue automatically rests on the roof of my mouth so it was just in the way.

Cela fait bientôt deux mois que j'ai commencé à porter le R3. J'ai pu fermer ma bouche dès le départ. En moins d'une semaine je m'y suis habitué (je le porte également plusieurs heures dans la journée). Mes dents ont commencé rapidement à s'aligner et je sers beaucoup moins la mâchoire ce qui me permet de ressentir moins de tensions notamment dans le cou. Un réel bien-être.

It's pretty decent, although a little uncomfortable in the beginning...
