Frequently drops service, and mostly provides at 2.4, rather than 5.
Annoying habit of alarming, for no discernible reason, at midnight; lasts long enough to wake my wife., but does that on an intermittent basis as well..
The online help refuses to perform as stated.
The only connection I've had has been scheduling a call. Three times so far and no actual contact, though my spam call filter did report a blocked call within the appropriate hour window that was arranged.
