BUTTER KNIFE ESPRESSO

I wanted to duplicate the Espresso I get in Italy. I tried numerous types, both single origin and blends with Robusta. The Butterknife is now my "go to" bean, I start every day with this product and I can rely on it to be consistent from bag to bag.

We really enjoy the Butterknife, my only complaint is that it only comes the 340g or 5 lb bags. I’m not a cafe or restaurant, it’s just for home use. The 340g is gone too quick, the 5 pounder lasts too long, we wish there was a size in between the two. Also, it’s mildly inconvenient the 5 lb bag isn’t resealable. I don’t have a cannister big enough to store it, I have to separate it into two large ziploc freezer bags. Would be cool if it had a seal on it. Other than that, we love your beans (and either products), keep up the great work guys!
