Greatly dissatisfied - unrealized and broken install with no help

I'm a dissatisfied customer. I have an incomplete and/or faulty build and I've received next to zero support to remedy it. They just point me to documents and think that will cure it. I've remained positive and committed to a great product realization and positive experience, but the longer I am without the finished product the more dissatisfied I become. As it sits right now I've wasted more that $1200 bucks and easily more than 30 some hours of frustration, assembly, disassembly, testing, reflashing, reading and re-reading every written word and every video they have. I've waited for them to call me back. . . all while being cheerful and positive, blindly trusting that they (Trail Grid Pro) were going to step in and solve the problem. What I got from them was referral to documents and install videos and then nothing. . . well, I do keep getting marketing emails from them asking if I want to buy something else. No. I don't trust you anymore. I bought this product to help me offload processing demands for a disabled person. And while I can see that it is what I asked for and what it could be with a completed and successful install, it remains incomplete, out of reach, and unrealized without the steering wheel controls. I don't know if I should rip the whole thing out, hire an expert, drive up the east coast and pull into their shop and say "fix it!" or just start over with a new, more reliable company.

Sony XAV-AX8500 plug and play

It’s great upgrade for my truck. The only set back is my garmin dash cam I buy it to your website plug it before Osbd now I plug it now to cigarette port usb. Is there anyway to plug my dash cam to unit XAV-AX8500. One thing my usb/aux port is not functioning is there any connection that I miss. CarPlay I need to subscribe ? Over all the product is great. That’s all my concern if you can assist me thanks.

It's definitely not just plug and play. The factory plug from my Toyota that brings 12v power to the new head unit does not have a plug to match the plug with power on it. Took to a sound system installer said it the way he would have done it but like me doesn't understand why the new head unit doesn't have the plug to match. We reinstall my factory radio and it works great.
