Repeat meal are great
What's for supper is the most frustrating question ever! I like going to the fridge everything has already been shopped for, meal prepped, and just needs to be pulled together in less than 15 minutes. I have swapped out ground beef for precooked chicken a few time but repeat meals are a concept that works. Thank you for letting me be apart of the 30 day challange.

Repeat meals
I like them somewhat- but I’m also cooking for a husband who enjoys my cooking immensely & doesn’t want repeat meals. Consequently I’m not going to cook 2 separate meals. I do the best I can & am continuing to lose on the program despite the deviation.

I bought this on a whim thinking I may not use it much. But, I’ve been sticking to this plan consistently because it’s so easy and it’s working! I love that everything is laid out for weight loss and I don’t have to do any guesswork! 2 lbs. lost so far! Thank you Tiffany!!
