Hot Choc with Ashwagandha

Healthy hot choc

Very rich flavour!!! Would def reccomend for anyone looking for a low cal, low sugar healthy alternative hot choc I add a few drops of stevia as it has a very natural cocao flavour

Very tasty – I was worried the ashwagandha would affect the flavour but it didn’t.

This is so yummy and rich. I even enjoy it just with hot water. I have found it helps me sleep better
