Disappointing!

My cushions finally arrived but they were just cushion covers. I knew one wasn’t going to have an insert but the other one there was no mention that there would not be one. And it’s an unusual size so therefore very hard to find an insert. They are also nowhere near the size represented in the photos and that’s what I was basing my purchase on. They seem well made but disappointing because they don’t have anywhere near the impact, I was hoping they will have given the pictures.
