Received my two beautiful lumbar cushions. They are exactly as shown in the insta website. Only criticism is, the internal cushion fillers are not included. Contacted Melbourne Leather Co, who advised the insert is not included, nor do they sell the insert. Advised I was disappointing as the display image appeared as a plumped cushion, the customer service officer advised this would be investigated and corrected in tbe advertising. Sourced them from Pillow Talk, over sized 35mm x 55mm. Created a snug fit

Took too long to get here Was the wrong cover It's too small to be used (I know it was the size nominated but your photos were deliberately misleading and not the same size your selling) My complaints have been dropped by you?? And now you want a review????
