20ft Aluminum Flagpole - Internal Halyard - Commercial Grade

I bought a 20’ internal halyard anodized pole. I was crunched for time due to a pending cement pour already scheduled and wanted to also pour the foundation for the pole. They indicated I would received the pole and foundation supports in two weeks if ordered that day. It showed up exactly two weeks later, just in time for the pour. Once assembled, I noticed a minor proud edge once the winch drum was installed. They gave some suggestions to alleviate the issue but once that did not work, they shipped me a new winch drum which fit perfectly. Couldn’t ask for better service. And the pole looks beautiful, getting lots of compliments.
