Failed at packaging

I think this is my 5th time purchasing This body butter but my first with purchasing the no fragrance. Overall love their product just that when i opened and went in to apply i felt something poke me and it seems to be like a thick broken straw probably from a pump? Who knows but strange.

sooo good. help my dry skin on legs and back a lot. smells amazing. 100/10
