Scarlet Sands - Sample

My sample came shattered and I was told it was my responsibility to apply to USPS for a refund. I tried to do that and they needed specific information from the seller. I asked you for a refund or to replace my sample because I was frustrated only to be told and I quote “I see that you are frustrated but you need to contact USPS. This was over one $30 sample, I have never had such an awful experience with a fragrance company or decanter. I will never buy from you again.

I thinks the smell is really good, but I don't think all the hype surrounding it is warranted.

It leaked so disappointing. I believe it would have been a success if it did not leak.
